Select Video Work

Key Info: Selection of video projects

Responsibilities: Creative Concepts, Direction and Design

Every big creative project features a video component.
These are some of my favorites. For now.

This is a conceptual prototype for a commercial proposal. I consider this a study or visual diagram that functions like a roadmap when I go into the field to begin capturing content.
Before every video shoot, I'll build something like this that helps determine the tone and vibe.

SPY Optic needed a captivating video that not only represented the spirit and DNA of the categories it was involved in, but it also had to educate viewers about its brand new lens technology, Happy Boost. The lens provided ultra saturated color and contrast so we went out and captured content that fit perfectly into the art direction and aesthetic structure.

This was part of the "Rad Crafters" series for SPY Optic. We paired up legendary skate photographer Mike Blabac and all around ripper Zach Miller and created a fun video that supported the optical program for the brand. The idea behind the series is that to do your best work, you needed to see the details.

For this video we wanted to capture the more relaxed, Après vibes of being on the mountain. We went up to Whistler, B.C. Canada with the entire snow team and filmed everyone doing what they do best: having fun!

Animation goes hand-in-hand with a lot of the video content that I've directed. For this project we created a fun, easy to understand educational video for the proprietary lens technology introduced by SPY Optic.

To highlight the new Speedway Collection of MX goggles for SPY Optic, we brought two legends together: Jeremy McGrath and Axell Hodges. The results speak for themselves.

When it comes to freestyle motocross, Axell Hodges is the king.

Socks and sunglasses? Sounds good to me. Bonus: My feet make a cameo.

Malacus is a fitness startup focused on smart resistance training and the weighted apparel market. This concept prototype video was built to focus on the mobility and flexibility advantages of their products.
